Prerequisite:
The server should be accessible from your computer. To test, perform the below activities:
Open the command prompt and type the below command.
ping <Your teamob domain>, e.g., demo.teamob.in
If you get a success response, you are good to continue installation.
If you get a timeout or error, Contact your administrator to fix the network issue.
Note: Please be advised that if your organization has configured TeamOB to operate on specific VPNs, it is essential to ensure that the TeamOB portal domain is whitelisted on any VPN you switch to. To verify this configuration, you can conduct a PING check using your command prompt.
Install the agent.
Download the setup.

Install the setup.
When it prompts for activation, enter the unique activation code you received from support.
When it prompts for a login, Enter your email and password.
Note: If an active directory is configured, the agent will automatically authenticate the logged-in user.
If you don't see the login popup, it is possible that your antivirus or Windows Defender has blocked TeamOB.
To allow it, you need to exclude “c:\Program Files (x86)\Drivers” in your Windows Defender or antivirus program. You may contact your administrator about this activity.
Upon successful login, you will see a TeamOB icon in your system tray.
Pause The TeamOB agent
If your admin has enabled this feature, you will see a pause option when you right-click on the TeamOB icon.
If you are taking a break, it is recommended to pause the tool and start it again when you return.
Right-click on the TeamOB icon.
Press the Pause option.
When you resume your work, right-click and press Start.
View Dashboard
Right-click on the TeamOB icon.
Click on Dashboard.
Shift Date: This should show your current shift date.
Login: The time when you logged into the system.
Work hours: The total time spent on the computer.
Break: The total break taken by you.
Attendance Report: Filter by date to view your attendance entries. For each day of attendance, you have the option to write notes to the administrator.
Timesheet
TeamOB agents installed on users' computers track the work hours automatically. However, we also provide the option to register offline. You can request offline hours, and your team leader needs to approve them.
Create Timesheet
Click on the timesheet button.
It will open a form
Select the date.
Fill up the From, To, activity, and project/department. Other fields, e.g., skill and RACI, are optional.
Submit the timesheet.
Your manager will receive an email notification to approve or reject it.
Tip: The timesheet has draft facilities. If you need to clear auto-filled content, press the “Reset” button.
