Click on the Attendance Report Menu.
Select the date range to filter the attendance report.
Click on Go button.
How to export report?
Click on the action button.
Click on the export option.
To schedule the report (if the admin, manager, or team leader wants the report to be automatically sent via email at a defined time for all or particular users),
Click on the schedule option.
Click on the Enable Attendance Trigger option. This option sends an email to the admin or team leader if work hours are less than the specified time.
Pop-up opens.
Enter the field values:
Export time: At what time do you want to get the export report?
Work Hours: Define the specified number of hours the employee should work in a day. If some employees work less than the defined hours, then an Excel report will be sent as an email to the recipient's email address.
Week: Select from the dropdown if you want to get notifications for the current or last week.
Recipient: Enter the receiver's email ID.
Click on the submit button.

Muster Report
A Muster Report is generated on the basis of shifts assigned to employees from shift rosters or import rosters. From Configure/Shift, you can create a shift with types such as Week Off (WO). Holiday, Paid Leave, Shift.
Abbreviations used in the TeamOB Muster Report are as follows:
P: Present
A: Absent
POW: Present on the weekend
HL: Half day, as per configuration
SL: Short leave, as per configuration
PI: Paid Leave
H: Holiday
