TeamOB provided the option to upload multiple shifts and assign them to employees for a particular week or as per the month. You can also add holiday, week off, or paid leave shift status to employees. The Global Muster Report will help you view employees shift work hours, present, absent, week off, present on week off, paid leave, half-day leave, short leave, and holiday.
How does TeamOB Shift Roster work?
Click on Shift Roster.
By default, it will provide the template for next week.
However, you can change the date range to view and upload the roster for the whole month.
Click on the Go button.
From the right top, click on the Action button and click on Download Import Excel Template.
Open the template and add shifts for each employee by clicking on each cell of Excel as per the date columns. It will suggest the shifts defined in configuration > shifts.
Fill up the Excel file and save it.
Click on Action > Import Rosters.
Select the Shift-Roster updated template.
Press the “Start Import” button.
On upload, the upload status column will show success for each row.
Click on Action > View Rosters.
Select the date range for which you want to filter the records.
Click on the Go button.
To search for a value in each column, type a keyword in the search field and enter.
The search result will show up.
How do I delete the shift roster?
Select the records you want to delete or select all by just clicking the top check box.
Click on the actions button.
Click on the delete option.
