Scheduled Task: Total scheduled tasks from the Task module for all employees
Completed Task: The total task completed so far

List of users online from their locations. The green sign represents online users.
Logged in: The time when the user started the app and punched in
Shift HR: The total work hour so far
Last Location: The GPS location of the user where he was last present and submitted the task completion note.
How do I generate an attendance report for field staff?
Click on the Team menu from the top navigation.
Click on the Attendance Menu.
How do I create tasks and schedules for team members?
Click on the task menu from the top navigation.
Click on the Create Task button.
Fill up the title, description, and other information.
Click on the post button.
You can also create custom input fields to capture the data.
Navigate to top right > custom fields.
All the custom input fields will be available in the create, edit and view task forms.
You can also do a search on these custom fields.
Click on the Task menu from the left-side panel to view the entire task list.
How do I write a reply or comment?
Click on the task title.
A detail page will be opened.
Scroll the page to the “Write your Reply” section.
Enter the Field Note.
Click on the update button.
How do I view notes submitted by field staff?
Click on the Team menu from the top bar.
Click on the field notes to view notes added by field staff.
Along with the note, you can also see the actual location where he completed or wrote his note on the task.
Where can I set my GPS key to enter in a mobile application?
Click on the Configure menu to set your TeamOB-provided API key and GPS key.
