Follow the below steps to pair your phone with computer

• Connect your phone and computer using USB cable

• Download the zip file and extract in your computer

• Right click on "Dell.bat" and select "Run as Administrator"

  • When prompted. Select Yes and complete the execution

• Double click on "Dell-Mobile-Connect-Driver_6YDGY_WIN_3.1_A00.exe" and complete driver installation

• Double click on "ScreenovateTechnologies.DellMobileConnect_3.0.9346.0_neutral___0vhbc3ng4wbp0.AppxBundle". It will open Microsoft Store. Select Yes and complete the installation

• Open browser in your mobile device and download APK

• Install the downloaded APK.

• It will prompt for permission. Select All

• Enable Bluetooth of your mobile phone

• Open setting of your windows computer. (Click on start button and select Setting)

• Enable Bluetooth. 

  • Press Add new device > Bluetooth

  • You will see your mobile phone in list

  • Pair both the devices

• Press Windows search > Dell mobile connect

• Click on check box "By using the app i agree to its terms and privacy policy"

• Click on Get Started

• Select Android

• Open installed APK in your phone

• You will see a code

• Pate this code in your computer under "Dell Mobile Connect"

• When prompted for authorisation in your phone. Say yes and allow it

Follow the below steps to install Call Recording Tool

• Download the TeamOB setup

• Run the installer

• When it promptes for Activation Code. Enter the activation code received from us

• After authentication. It will prompt for login credentials. Enter your TeamOB registered email and password

• Press Submit.

• You will see a Call icon in your system tray.
