How does TeamOB call monitoring software work?
Connect Phone.
Mirror to desktop.
Log in to TeamOB.
Dial or receive a call from the PC.
Register call notes.
Double-click on the TeamOB icon to open the login pop-up. Enter your email and password to login.
Mirror the phone to the desktop and open the dialer.
Dial the number.
Double-click on the TeamOB-Call icon.
Recording will start.
The agent will see a “call note” popup.

The user can view his own attendance, call history, and follow-up list.

Log in to TeamOB.
View a real-time dashboard.
Follow List.
Call Log with Audio Recording.
Analytics and Reports
View all online agents. Quick stats of today's scheduled calls and progress.
Upload a follow-up list and distribute it among team members. An inline editing facility is available for easy data manipulation.
View call history along with call recordings. Recordings can be stored on a shared drive, AWS, Google Drive, or SFTP server.
Create your own fields to manage customer data. Excel upload/download, along with inline editing of data, is available.
Define your flags, message templates, FAQs, and promotional messages.
