TeamOB Leave Management Software offers a comprehensive solution for managing leave allocation, manager approvals, and real-time updates on leave balances. With its automation capabilities, the software streamlines processes, saving valuable time by generating leave management reports automatically. Users can access detailed leave histories and accurate balance calculations, enhancing transparency and efficiency. Additionally, the software features a global calendar for recording all leaves, facilitating better productivity management across teams.
Define Leave Type
Login to the TeamOB portal.
Click on the Configure menu and click on the Leave tab.
Create a leave type.
Enter the leave name, leave type, and abbreviation.
Click on Submit.
1. Click on the View tab to view the created leave type.
2. Enter the date range to filter the leave type, and click on the Go button.
3. The search records are displayed.
4. You can search by each column by typing the search keywords and entering.
5. Click on the action button to export the data.
Click on the action button to export the data.
Click on Download CSV Template if you want to manually upload the bulk of the leave type.
Fill in the values in the downloaded Excel template.
Click on the Upload option from the Action button to upload the leave-type template.
The newly updated Leave type is showing in the list.
If you want to delete the bulk of leaves by type or individual, simply click on the top check box or select the rows to delete.
Click on the action button.
Click on the delete option.
Click on the Leave Management menu.
Select the date range to filter the records.
Select Leave type from the dropdown.
Select User.
Click on the Go button.
Approve/Reject Leaves
1. Click on the Leave Request tab.
2. Select the date range, leave type, user, and leave status from the drop-down menu and click on the Go button.
3. The records are displayed.
4. Click on the Action button to export the records to Excel.
5. You can accept or reject the requested leave by the user.
Click on the Reject action when the pop-up opens. Enter the rejection reason and click submit.
The user will receive a leave rejection notification.
Click on the search button for each column, type a keyword to search, and enter.
Double-click on a cell if you want to edit. It will auto-save it.
View Balance Leaves
1. Click on the Balance tab.
2. Select the leave type and user.
3. Click on the Go button.
4. Click on the Action button to export the records to Excel.
5. Type the search keywords in each column to search and enter.
1. Click on the action button.
2. Click on the Leave Journal option to create Leaves users.
1. Click the Create tab. Enter the journal date, select the emp id, leave type, description, and number of leaves allotted.
2. Click on the Submit button.
1. Click on the View tab.
2. Select the date range to filter the records, and click on the Go button.
3. For each column, you can search by any keyword and enter.
4. Click on the action button.
5. Click on Export to export the record to Excel.
Double-click on the cell to edit the value. It will auto-save it.
To delete the bulk of records at the same time, check the top check box.
Upload Leaves
Click on the action button.
Click on the Manual Journal option to upload the bulk of employee leaves to the system.
Click on the action button.
Click on the Download Template.
Enter the journal date, select leave type from the download, and enter the number of leave days.
Save the template.
Click on the action button.
Click on the Upload Leaves option.
Click on the Start Import button.
On upload to the system, it will show a success status in green.
Click on the action button.
Click on the Return to Journal option to view the uploaded records.
Apply Leaves as Users
Open the user dashboard from the TeamOB Tool.
Click on the Leave Management option.
Click on the Leave Request button.
Pop-up opens.
Click on the Available Leave tab to check the balance of leaves.
Click on Leave Request to apply for leave. Fill out the form and click on the Leave Request button.
