TeamOB-IT Inventory helps organizations with effective management of IT assets and gain visibility and control over their assets and costs.
TeamOB Scan application, scanned devices, and listed software, processor, OS, and wifi connections in the IT inventory management.
1: IT Inventory Dashboard
1) Click on the dashboard menu.
2) The TeamOB IT Inventory dashboard shows the general stats of various operating systems scanned on the PC or laptop.
3) It also shows the graphical representation of the PC scanned as per the current week.
4) IT Inventory captured the WiFi signals as per percent utilization in devices.
5) Along with WiFi information, IT Inventory noticed the PC with less than 20% available memory and the PC with less than 20% available disk.
2: Inventory
1) Click on the inventory menu.
2) The inventory menu consists of software, OS, processor, and WiFi.
3) Click on the software tab.
4) The list of all software applications on the scanned PCs is displayed.
5) Toggle the All button.
6) On the tracked option, you can see the count of the same name with license-based applications on all devices..
7) For instance, click on the All option from the toggle button.
8) Copy or note any application, for example, BlueStacks.
9) Click on the Setting Menu from the left-side menu bar.
10) Click on the action button.
11) Click on the Add Software option.
12) Paste or type “BlueStacks” in the add software field.
13) Click on the save button.
14) Click on the inventory menu.
15) Click on the toggle button for the tracked option.
16) The BlueStacks application displayed a count of 2, as it was counted from two different PCs, which can be verified by clicking on the View PCs button. If a single PC had the same name application but a different license, it would be considered a 1 in count.
17) Click on the OS tab. Displayed the details of the OS from the PC's scan.
18) Click on the Action button to export the information.
19) Similarly, click on the Processor and WiFi tab to check the data listed.
3: Scan log
1) Click on the Scan Log menu.
2) Select the column name or software name.
3) Add a scan log date to filter information date-wise.
4) Click on the Action button to export the CSV file or delete the scan log.
4: Logs
1) Click on the Logs menu.
2) Two options are listed: software lists and internet speed.
3) Generate software lists as per PC by selecting the date range to filter information datewise and the PC name by clicking on the Software Lists menu.
4) Click on the Action button to download the list in csv, text, or use delete all and delete using the csv option.
5) Click on the Internet speed option to check user data usage speed.
6) From the Logs tab, select the date and click on the Go button to fetch the result.
7) Click on the View button to view the user's data.
8) Go to the User Tab to view the detailed information of the user.
9) Click on the action button to download the list in CSV.
10) Click on the Add Trigger button to set the trigger.
11) Set the required Internet speed values and click the Save button.
