UAM dashboard (admin & managers)
Access to the admin or manager dashboard
Right-click on the TeamOB tool present in your system tray and select "Dashboard".
Alternatively, you can enter the console URL in your browser and enter login credentials.
Activity Report and Incident Report
Activity Report: View the count of users currently active from their locations. Incident Report: Under configuration, there is provision to define keywords for destructive websites. if the user opens a website or app that is defined as destructive in configuration. The tool will capture the activity as an incident.
Team Room
All online, offline, and paused users of your team. The data present in the team room keeps updating every 60 to 80 seconds.
- You can view how many users from your team are online.
- Logged in and logout times of team members.
- total hours they worked along with their active, idle, and break time.
- View the application your team member is currently using.
- Activity and idle %.
To view the detailed report, Click on Name
Worked: Total time spent on computer
Idle: The time when there was no keyboard and mouse activity
Highly Productive: As per configuration, The total time spent on highly productive applications.
Productive: As per configuration, The total time spent on productive applications.
Less Productive: As per configuration, The total time spent on less productive applications.
Unclassified: Total time spent on applications where category is not defined yet.
Attendance Tracking Dashboard

- You can view how many users from your team are online.
- Logged in and logout times of team members.
- total hours they worked along with their active, idle, and break time.
- View the application your team member is currently using.
- Activity and idle %.
User Dashboad
Access the user dashboard
Right-click on the TeamOB tool present in your system tray and select "Dashboard.".
Shift Date: TeamOB automatically captures the user's shift date.
Login: The first login time to the TeamOB tool
Work hours: the total time spent on a computer.
Active hr: Out of work hr, the total time when the user was active
Idle hr: Out of work hr, the total time when there were no keyboard and mouse activities.
User can be historical work vs. active vs. idle hours.
Field Staff Tracking Dashboard
Login to the TeamOB portal. (The dashboard will be visible if you have the field staff module enabled.)
Scheduled Task: Total scheduled tasks from the Task module for all employees
Completed Task: The total task completed so far
Team Room
List of users online from their locations. The green sign represents online users.
Logged in: The time when the user started the app and punched in
Shift HR: The total work hour so far
Last Location: The GPS location of the user where he was last present and submitted the task completion note.
Call Monitoring Dashboard

The user can view his own attendance, call history, and follow-up list.
Login to the TeamOB Call Monitoring Tool.
Click on Dashboard.

Log in to TeamOB.
View a real-time dashboard.
