Incident Alerts:
There are some content filtering triggers that have been defined by the system administrator, e.g., prime video, hotstart, on a per-department basis. If team members start sessions on these applications or websites, the system generates email alerts, and the same can be found under the incident alert report.
Click on the Logs menu.
Click on Incidents.
Click on the Action button to export the incident report.
You can also schedule an incident report on a weekly, daily, or monthly basis via email. Click on the action button to schedule.
Application Usages:
To know what applications have been used by the team in the selected date range.
-Select from and to date and press GO.
-To know detailed descriptions of usages. Click on the application name or username.
Click on the Logs menu.
Click on Applications Usages.
Data Usages:
Summary of internet usage.
Graphical representation of Internet usage tracked by this tool per user (in KB)
Click on the Logs menu.
Click on data usage.
Select the date range you want to filter the data usage report.
Choose Department and Users from the dropdown, or select All.
Click on the Go button.
You can also print the report with the Print button.
Download Images
You can download employee-captured images from TeamOB Agent.
Click on the Logs menu.
Click on Download Images.
Select the date range and choose the user from the dropdown.
Click on the Submit button.
Click OK to accept the alert message. The zip generates.
Download the zip.
Click on the Delete button to delete the zip file.
